OUR VISION

Educate and inform the public about all aspects of American History through documentary films, tours, lectures, podcasts, seminars, articles, teacher education guides and other print and electronic media, because it is history that teaches us hope.

  • Our Opportunity

While we have the opportunity to build on the body of work of our Founder, Kent Masterson Brown, we seek the financial resources to:

    • Produce the critical number of documentary films for “The Pageant of America” series on the History of America through the Civil War.
  • OUR PLAN

    • Produce eight documentary films on American History in Phase One of our Campaign and, in coordination with key public and private broadcast partners, distribute them to public and cable broadcast networks nationwide without remuneration of any kind.
    • In coordination with the education departments of key public and private broadcast partners and qualified educators, reconfigure the documentary films, and develop and disseminate supporting educational materials (study guides and teaching plans) for classroom use, and distribute them, without any remuneration, to elementary and secondary schools, home-schools, post- secondary institutions nationwide, and to the general public, as part of Phase One of our Campaign.
  • OUR NEED

    • $3,500,000 to produce eight Documentary Films on American History during Phase One, and operational funding.
    • $17,500,000 to enable the foundation, during Phase Two, to continue the production of Documentary Films on American History well into the future.

OUR OPPORTUNITY
