Fred has lived in Lexington for 25 years and is currently Senior Vice President of Transact Capital Partners of Richmond, Virginia. His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree from University of Miami. His professional experience includes senior financial management roles for various large and small companies, with the past twenty plus years as a business intermediary.
For the past over 10 years he worked in mergers and acquisitions as Senior Vice President with Transact Capital where he assists business owners in formulating exit strategies, helping companies expanding by acquisition and coordinating management buy-outs.
Fred and his wife Jennie are both members of St John’s Lutheran in Lexington, and have co-taught 5th & 6th grade Sunday school classes for over 20 years.
In addition to Fred serving on the Board of Directors of the Witnessing History Education Foundation since 2017, he is a project volunteer with both Right to Life of Central Kentucky, currently on the Advisory Board, and Military Missions.
